Original Description:
I believe this to be new but opened and someone didn’t put the handset back in its plastic bag so now it has white styrofoam stuck to it I will leave it to the buyer to clean how they see best. The power cord has never been unwrapped and the 12 volt fuseable wire hasn’t been unwrapped either. The mounts have never been used. It does power on but I don’t know anything about these units if you want me to test it further please tell me how. I don’t want to mess it up.
