Brass double sided campaign lighter Cambodia 73-74, with a Recon relief

...Date stamp on the bottom is 1973 and looks to be in good working order
It has the town of Siem Reap and the date of 73-74, with what looks like an all seeing eye temple stoop with wings suspended under it. On the other side is the saying that can be seen in the pictures provided. 'The higher you go the lower you get in the army'
