RARE Vintage People ' S Liberation Army Air Force Presentation Award Watch

Description:
A beautiful and rare People's Liberation Army of China Air Force presentation or award watch. This watch comes in original green presentation box with Army insignia and two extra links. The 40.5mm case (including crown) is round with exterior two-tone bezel, metallic baby blue face, jewel hour marks with luminous circles above each, luminous hands, and clear circle with jet plane instead of a second hand. Within the face is the collar insignia for... the PLAAF and a small gold plaque with the same Chinese characters that appear under the insignia on the box.
The bracelet band is 19mm at its widest attached to the case, the upper portion has the PLA insignia while the lower has a compass with Chinese characters. The lower section of the bracelet is 16mm with each link measuring 13mm in length with two extra links included. The current size will fit a wrist of no more than 6.5" around. The caseback as shown indicates "The Chinese People's Liberation Army Special Watch".
The watch is in excellent working order with a new battery and shows little to no signs of wear, the crystal is clean with no bites. Noted and shown, the box and pillow do show signs of wear from storage.
