Antique 8” Duparquet Skillet1.8mm Smooth CopperStamped “DUPARQUET NEW YORK112 W. 22 ST."Polished and New Tin This wonderful tin-lined copperskillet has the old “DUPARQUET NEW YORK 112 W. 22 ST.”hallmark and the cast iron handle is marked “827” on the underside. The smoothcopper surface has been polished and has a warm glow. This skillet has lots ofcharacter, with small dings, bumps, and scratches on the rim and bottom. The big, over-sized ...rivets are tight and the pan sits flat. The new tin applied bySouthwest Hand Tinning is shiny and safe for use. Duparquet and, later, Duparquetin partnership with others, was a purveyor of stoves and other equipment forrestaurants, hotels, steamships, and homes. L. Duparquet found his company in1852 in New York City and the Duparquet, Huot & Moneuse company wentbankrupt in 1936.
