Antique Stout Beehive Shape Molasses or Syrup Jug crock with Primitive Dark Brown Slip Salt Glaze, Applied Handle and Pouring Spout, with number "2" impressed on front under spout.  Circa 1850-1900. This jug has a unique design in glaze on front made with finger technique. Wonderful shades of brown color ! A loose pattern with closeups can be seen on jug photos! SOLID SOLID !! Amazing jug !Measures   12" tall x 9.75" diameter . Sit...s very sturdy!
