Vintage Spaulding & Rodgers Tattoo Machine. Condition is "Used". I bought this machine over 30 years ago. It was my first. It is a great outliner. The turn screw has a chip broken off of it which you can see in the picture. It doesn't affect anything. Had to list the model which was not available....so I listed it as Rogue pen...
