Clearly marked ot Front and End of box Marples Wood Turning Gouges Catalogue No. 1001 (see pictures)
According to Label on box handles from Beech Wood, which are showing no signs of rot worm or splits. Each gouge / chisel is marked to handle with red green and gold transfer with Shamrock logo and marked Marples Sheffield England. The transfers are all very good, and only starting to rub off on one tool All have Brass ferrules which a...re showing a little green age discolouration. All held in a original cardboard box that measures about 358mm x 197mm x 33mm that is in rough shape as pictured. This is an old used tool set with marks and wear that come with time and use.The blades have some light surface rust, which can be easily removed..
