This is a vintage Sea Captain motif double smoking pipe holder that measures 6 1/2" tall x 5 1/2" x 3 1/2". There is not a maker's mark. The item is a faux wood or composition material...maybe Syroco. The Captain is hand painted black, white, gold and flesh tone.
