We arepleased to offer a custom Western style belt buckle manufactured by the by the Johnson & Held company of Denver, Colorado. The oval buckle is inlaid with abalone shell. J & H has been making very desirable buckles for over 40 years. The buckle is almost four inches long and nearly three inches in height. Except for some very faint scratches, the face of the buckle does not show any wear except for a black circle on one of the abalone inserts (chec...k photos). It may be part of the design in the shell however, it is a little rough to the feel and shell could be damaged at this point. It does not, however, detract from the overall beauty of the buckle. Also, there appears to be a some remnant of an old label on the backside of the buckle (see attached photos) that we have not tried to remove. The buckle is stamped with the following - "100 % Handcrafted, Johnson & Held Ltd., Denver, Colorado".
