Photos show everything. Not sure the age, definitely very, very old. I am guessing from the 1930s or before, but I cannot verify this. Very rusty with fine detail, as you can see in the photos. The bases measure approximately 4.5" x 8", and protrude about 5" from the wall.  Would look fabulous displayed on your wall, ONCE REFURBISHED and wired with new sockets.
