Item DescriptionA neat vintage fluid lamp. I believe it is a bicycle lamp, could have been used for other transportation also. No jewels on this one. Reflector in the back is still fairly shiny and seems to be reflective. Marked Powell Hanmer "Panther" on the top. Made in England, no patent dates. Some finish wear and loss overall. Does have some mounting hardware though it is a bit oxidized and the rubber is hardened a bit restricting motion.&nbs...p; Has a few dings and some cracking of the brass in places, offered untested and as-is. Quite nice overall.
