Vintage University of Iowa Oct. 17, 1925 Hawkeyes Football Homecoming pin button.This was my Grandfather's.Except for the expected reverse-side rust/patina of 94 years, this pin is absolutely stunning! I shot one photo on an oblique angle to show front condition. The actual true gold color was very hard to capture. It is a bit deeper color than my first photo. Closer to the photo with ruler, but still not quite. The two colors are consistent throughout. Any appearance of deviation is j...ust light reflection. It is beautiful!
