2 original and rare BMW Motorcycle factory pre 1966, BMW motorcycle enamel tank badges, superb original old patina condition - it takes decades from them to look like this, these came from a 1959 R60 and are absolutely superb for their age, these type of badges are extremely fragile and rarely do I see them with some of the enamel missing around the screw holes, I have not cleaned or polished them at all, so they can also be cleaned up to be shinny and the metals look new again, ...but as I said this patina takes decades, perfect for an original unrestored machine, were used I believe on all BMW motorcycle 1940's through to 1966 R51/3 R67, R67/2, R67/3, R68, R50, R50/2 R50S, R60 R60/2 R69 R69S, R512/2 R27, R25, R26 condition is as seen below no chips or damage that I can see anywhere - but only three screws. NOTE if you buy this and over tighten it and the enamel falls/pings out you can not return them at all, you cannot over-tighten these badges without damaging them.*** PLEASE ask questions before the end of the auction or before you hit buy it now.
