Vintage Japanese leather eyeglass case with attached coin purse. The glasses in the photo are enclosed inside the long leather case with latch. The coin purse is attached to the eyeglass case. The inside of the latch has some green patina and the coin purse inside shows some wear. These cases usually are made for tobacco pipes but this one is thicker and larger to hold silver round rimmed glasses. They have a slight prescription.
Measurement: 6 3/8 inches long X 2 inches... wide.
