This sale is for a Vintage Harman Kardon Citation 16A Power Amplifier. This unit was powered on and checked for sound on both channels (both channels work). No other testing was performe...d. Please assume this amp will need cleaned and possibly some parts replaced or refurbished. Due to this item being vintage we are not offering any warranty or returns. Please make sure you look through all the pictures. and make yourself clearly aware of the items condition before purchasing. If you have any questions please ask.
We are not in on the weekends, so if a question is sent past 5:00 cst Friday we will not be able to reply until Monday. WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. UPS will require your daytime phone number to schedule a pick up. Please do not file an eBay return for transit damaged items. Item MUST be returned at buyers expense. We will make every effort to resolve any issue via phone (319-845-2000) or email prior to this. Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will NOT be reimbursed. Item must be packaged in original shipping materials.Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days. If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued. If item is found to be in advertised working condition, buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00, whichever is greater. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
