This is a 1900's era toy that has been preserved to fine condition. There are some small paint defects and rusting, but that is expected due to its age. The dog's legs move as the toy is pulled along by the hook, which requires a new string. The boy's arms and legs are fully moveable and he sits on the cart within a metal slot. Very unique and impressive toy from the era, still in functional condition!
