SALVATION ARMY SERGEANT PATCHONE PATCH ONLY. Obsolete and fairly rare commission insignia. Never used but was displayed in glass frame for the past 40 years. One only. This patch was to be attached to the uniform right sleeve of the p...erson commissioned. In the USA it was attached above the elbow, while the rest of the world used the British system of below the elbow on the forearm. Purchased in London at Judd St. Trade in 1962.
