We are offering for sale an excellent quality Victorian period silver coffee pot, in the mid 18th century Georgian style. This superb coffee pot has a lovely pear-shape form with a top quality gadroon mount around the top rim that was first in fashion during the 1750's. It has a black wooden handle and finial to protect the user from heat. Just look at the quality of the cast spout! This coffee pot was made by Harris Brothers - the sons of the highly regarded silversmith... Charles Stuart Harris. Their mark is rarely encountered as it was only used for a short time from late 1896 to 1897 before being absorbed in to CS Harris & Sons. The coffee pot has a really good weight and is in fine condition throughout.
