SMOKE FREE/PET-FRIENDLY HOME. My fur babies will ultimately be sending a small gift with your purchase. I attempt to keep the pet hair to a minimum bu...t I also know it is impossible to eliminate it all.

*IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED/BROKEN AND IT WAS SHIPPED WITH PRIORITY MAIL, YOU MUST GO TO THE USPS AND FILE A CLAIM WITH THEM BEFORE I CAN GIVE A REFUND. I have found in the past that I am unable to collect insurance monies on these items unless the buyer brings the item(s) and packaging to the post office to be assessed first. I am not doing this to make life difficult for my buyers, I am doing this so I can provide refunds to my customers without losing money out of my own pocket as well.
Combined shipping is always available upon request for multiple purchases (***within reason***)!!! YOU MUST REQUEST AN INVOICE PRIOR TO PAYING IF YOU WANT COMBINED SHIPPING. Payment is requested within 5 days of auction end or eBay will automatically open a non-payment case against buyer.
