It is marked on the back … CAPT HAWKS SKY PATROL AND NOVELTY CO. MADE IN USA. 1978 CAPT HAWKS SKY PATROL AND NOVELTY CO. It measures 3 3/8 inches wide x 2 3/16 inches tall. Like I said it needs work but I think its a very nice piece yet in its condition. It does need a good cleaning and buffing. So it is in used condition.
