This auction is for a vintage Official Scoutmaster Stetson Boy Scout BSA Hat. The size is "long oval". it does have some wear spots or fading in a few spots on the hat. Underneath the hat near the rim is a small spot of fabric loss. Sorry I cannot help any better on the size, the only description is "long oval.
