Vintage 1980's 18K Yellow Gold Rolex Cellini Ref. 4103 Wristwatch. This Rolex watch has a solid 18k yellow gold case measuring approximately 28mm long x 22.5mm wide x 5.5mm thick. Lug size 17. The metallic dial is yellow gold in color with black Roman numerals, black hands (no seconds hand), has a gold Rolex crown and is marked "Rolex Geneve - Cellini - Swiss". The dial is in great condition. The crystal is in great condition. The bezel on this case ...has a high polish while the back has a brushed finish. The back of the case is marked "750". The movement is a 19 jewel and 1601 caliber. This watch is crown wind and set. Watch is running and keeping time. No guarantee of future performance. This watch comes with a two-piece dark brown genuine lizard strap measuring approximately 9 inches long. This strap is NOT a Rolex strap.
