He is bent at the waist with his arms up in the air behind him and he appears to be angry enough to be yelling. This pin was purchased by a cast member at a show of pin manufacturers as a sample of wares. The cast member, who gave it to me, said that there were a limited number of pins for sale at the event but, that these woul...d never be sold to the public.
