Rare and original, ca1890's Cast Iron Horse Drawn Street Car / Trolley manufactured by the Harris Toy Company of Toledo, Ohio. The Toy offered here is an early version of the Harris Horse Drawn Street Car with integrally cast horse and Trolley Car.
This early, Cast Iron Horse Drawn Vehicle measures 6 1/2” long overall by 2" tall (to the top of the separately cast driver’s head) by 1 1/4" wide (across the back wheels). The wagon is drawn by a single, integ...rally cast, black horse with gold gilt harness.
This rare and attractive, Harris Toy Company Cast Iron Horse Drawn Street Car is in very good condition. There are no crack, breaks, chips, repairs or physical damage of any kind. The Wagon retains approx. 60% of its original surface paint. The Toy is 100% original and has never been restored, repainted, touched up or altered in any way.
