Vintage BROWNIE DOWNING WALL PLAQUEThis Vintage BROWNIE DOWNING WALL PLAQUE is a rare artist signed. The piece is 3 3/4" in diameter with a boomerang on top for a wall mount. There are no chips, cracks or repairs that I can see. This piece is RARE, VINTAGE, BEAUTIFUL and VERY COLLECTIBLE. I have no further information on this item. I have priced it for quick sale. It has no issues that I can see, just a little shelf wear (see pictures). It is in FANTASTIC ESTATE VI...NTAGE CONDITION. I leave any cleaning to you, the collector.
