Condition of Item: Again, please look at the pictures. I try to provide enough pictures to show the item as it is. Items (especially vintage and antique) may have markings due to age/wear or manufacturing marks. I will list out anything I find wrong with the item and take close-up pictures if necessary to allow closer inspection. Payments: I accept PayPal only.
All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor PayPal. Payment must be received within 7 business days of auction closing. Please make sure your PayPal and EBay address is correct. All payment should be completed within a week after bidding.
Shipping: Items will be arranged shipping within 48 hours upon payment cleared during business days (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Unless there is an exception, you will be notified immediately via e-mail of any delays. Items will be shipped to buyer's PayPal address. Please confirm your address before you pay. To ensure there are not any issues with the shipping process, Glassware and other fragile items priced over $30 will be shipped only with eBay insurance. This charge would be reflected in a handling fee. If you receive the item and it is damaged please send me a message within seven days after delivery.
DOMESTIC: I ship USPS Monday through Friday to the verified address in PayPal within 1-2 business day of cleared payment (no weekends). Please remember, any purchases completed on Friday would be shipped the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL: I use eBay's Global Shipping Program which handles all Customs Forms, etc. For questions regarding shipping rates, import charges, etc., please contact eBay, items will be packaged and shipped to a Global Shipping center. At that point eBay would handle routing the package to its final destination.
COMBINED SHIPPING (Domestic & International): I combine shipping whenever possible. Place items you want in Shopping Cart. Once you are finished shopping click "Request Total". I combine shipping whenever possible. (Given this is Glassware it may not be possible).
Returns: Purchases are considered final. Each listing is run for 30 days with lots of photos. That is a lot of time to ask questions, which I respond to as quick as possible.
