This quality pair of silver plated candlesticks stand 12 1/2" tall to the top of their bobeches. They were made in Warsaw, Poland, and are marked Fraget Plaque along with hallmarks that appear Russian. They have squarish bases 4 3/4" on a side with 4 scroll and leaf feet. There are more leaves up the stem and the bobeches are lovely with lily of the valley flowers and art nouveau styling. They are marked as described and are in good to very good condition with no wear on the sticks, j...ust a bit on the bobeches. They have no scratches, no monograms and no dents. However, one is bent just above the base at the beginning of the stem. This could be resolved. Beautiful antique silver plate from ca. 1900.
