Original Description:
This unusual antique bank was in my great aunts home for many many years. There are no breaks or cracks, just missing the “eye” piece for the cat as shown in photos. What’s unusual is that there are 2 coin slots and rubber stoppers. Large piece 10.5” high.Bottom is stamped GEO. BORGFELDT CORP NEW YORK NY LIMITED EDITION REGISTERED and a made in Japan sticker. I believe this indicates that this item is from the time of WW1.
