Whether for prom or an evening out this is a beautiful accent bag. I can't tell if it is petit point, but the stitching looks too small, so I think it is just a beautiful tapestry. The outer part of the design is black with flowers and the inner design is on a tea stained background. The colors are beautiful and I think the flowers are different varieties of Fuchsia. The satin lining is well secured and contains 3 slip pockets, which have a faint staining, a satin coin purse and a mirr...or. The clasp is gold tone, as are the chain and frame and 1 side of the clasp has a deep yellow cabochon stone. It measures about 9" by 5 1/2" by 1" deep. It is vibrant and tasteful and charming.
