Vintage Oriental Black Lacquered Cork Art Diorama Folk Art with 2 Cranes & Pagoda EUC
This elegant and delicate cork carving is framed between glass and sits on a small pedestal made of wood that has been richly finished with black lacquer. These dioramas were very popular in the 1950's and 1960's. It is approximately 5" across at it's base, 3" tall and 1 1/4" deep. It is in excellent vintage pre-owned condition. This is a classic piece of Asian folk art.
