Up for auction is a tin friction Drive Car made by Hadson of Japan. The car measures 8 1/4 inches or 21 centimeters long and it is complete and original. (I am not sure about the hubcaps.) The car is in excellent condition with glossy green paint, a nice patterned interior, and a driver wearing an awesome suit. There are a couple of tiny touch ups on the car, everything else is original and in fine condition. The friction motor works, might need a little oil. The base has some fine cra...zing in the paint. I was a little concerned about the green color because you just don't see that many green Japanese tin cars. I then found this photo of a 1990's Smith House catalog listing, see photo #12 above, which shows the green car. This is a terrific Packard, I think, with a wonderful tin driver. Sorry, no international shipping. Thanks for looking!!!!
