His Philippine Congressional Medal, however was issued in 1909 and is attributed to Mr. R.uhsert. According to Planchet Press Publication #57 the medal is attributed as below,

H.enry R.uhsert: Of Douglas, Wyoming. Enlisted on April 25th, 1898, for two years service; mustered into service as a Private in Company F on May 8th, 1898, at Camp Richards in Cheyenne, Wyoming; mustered out of service with the company on September 23rd, 1899, at San Francisco, California. [Born in 1873; died in 1959; buried at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas.]
