This is the bookstand/display table (no book) that came with the extremely limited edition SUMO book by Helmut Newton from Taschen, which last sold for $20, 000 from Taschen. This table was only available with the book so it is extremely difficult to purchase on its own. See more info and prive on Tacschen's website, just search for "Sumo".
This particular item was used for a few years in a SoHo (New York City) loft to display the book, then various art pieces.... It eventually was stored as the book was lost. It folds up to a very small package.
This is a great replacement stand if you have only the book, or have the full set but want a secondary stand for another location.
Or... use it to display and view other very large books, or use it as an easel to display art, which I did for years in my SoHo artist loft.

Condition: In excellent condition, works perfectly, includes all parts, just normal slight blemishes from age, which would probably be polished out.
