Vintage Casio C-801 Watch with genuinely very rare White Face Surround from 1980 in stunning condition.A fully working Casio C-801 (module 133) calculator watch from about 1979/80 in almost spotless condition with two new battery cells fitted recently.
The C-801 was Casio's first calculator watch (along with the plastic C-80 version) and boasted 4 maths functions & a 6 digit display, but actually works to 8 digits (press the side key marked with a triangle to show the other two dig...its). Apart from this the watch shows time & date, has a stopwatch and a second time zone.As previously mentioned the watch is almost spotless. Everything works properly- all the buttons front & side, the backlight is extremely bright and all the LCD segments show. The module suffers none of the usual nasties (double rate clocking and random display blanking being the most common). The battery compartment is spotless and complete with original plastic spacer sheet (watch takes two batteries). Bracelet is B-186L original- fits up to about an 8" wrist.
