After the first five games of the 1975 World Series, the Cincinnati Reds and the Boston Red Sox had already staged a memorable World Series. Three of the first five games were decided by one run, and the Big Red Machine was leading, 3 games to 2. In Game 6, Carlton Fisk waved his iconic, walk-off home run fair to ...win the game and to end one of the most memorable games ever played. In the 12th inning, Fisk led off against Pat Darcy.
