FRESH FROM A LOCAL CINCINNATI ESTATE!PETE ROSE1959 HIGH SCHOOL YEARBOOK*********************************************************************************Description:WESTERN HILLS ANNUAL. This Hard To Find book comes from Pete's Junior and Final year in school before moving on to the Big Leagues and his Historic Career with the Cincinnati Reds. Pete grew up on the west side of Cincy and like all public schoolers in that part of town and of that era, went to West High. My understanding is... that he was never a great student, but boy did he make up for it with sports. Surprisingly, he was actually more of a Football player in school, yet, Baseball is where he made his mark. Out of the yearbooks that show Pete, this is The Good One. He is shown six times with most being sports related shots. This Scarce book measures approx. 9 1/4 inches x 12 1/4 inches x 1 inch thick and is in overall excellent condition for its age with only very minimal signs of age and use (the only thing I see is some light wear on the edges at the corners of the cover, last few pages do have a small crease at upper corner, otherwise pages are excellent). There is No writing in the book. This is a Great Find for the Serious Rose or Reds Fan.Please Note: ~~ Please Keep In Mind, this book is being sold "As-Found" and "As-Is" with No Returns. ~~ It is written that Pictures Are Worth A Thousand Words and those shown will tell the story of condition better than I can.
