I am offering what I believe to be a pair of western style horse harness spreaders. I am totally out of my element here and offering these items as found. When spread out like in photo 1 they measure 21 inches long. The white rings as well as the red and blue accents are a hard plastic. No effort has been made to clean or polish the items. The snaps are stiff but working. There are a few white rings with cracks but none are broken.
