This came from a prop house, It looks like a victorian costume made in the 40s but could also be just an unusal style the hat looks like a bonnet but is a headband.
Flaws Noted: Some dirt marks to the hem from either dragging or storing. They are kind of large and look dusty so I am thinking they will come out as they look like surface marks. One tiny hole in the net.
