This WWI German Mauser Bayonet with Scabbard was manufactured by Simson & Co. Suhl
This particular bayonet is in rather good condition with nice original finish remaining to the blade with some very light spotting.
Blade remains unsharpened as issued.
Cross guard, pommel & backstrap retain original finish with NO problems.
Grips are the dark brown color and very good, tight & secured by screws.
Screws are decent and not out of shape. The ten...sion screw on scabbard is intact.
