One word describes this Vintage Cut Piece “Stunning” The Photos do not do it justice.This is an exceptional piece of cut glass known as a Center Vase.You can just see this in a grand Hotel Lobby on the Center Table with a grand Floral Arrangement adorning it.This Bulbous Vase has a notched rim and round cut outs at the neck that lead down to the large Fans that circle the whole pieceUnder each fan is the alternating Shield and Buzz cut  over Hobstar / lots of things happe...ning on this piece of artThe Base has a large 15 point star There is a signature Needle Engraved “Yasemin” I have finally found enough info as to its origin it is Turkish. 
This is a heavy pice of glass and will be double boxed / Shipped UPS GroundMeasures 14”H x 12”W
