On offer is large pewter chalice from Alchemy Pewter standing 20cm high and weighing just over 700 grams. The bowl is plain and has an applied band towards the rim with the legend One Poison Drives Out Another repeated three times between a leaf and berry motif. The stem is columnar in design with six alternate black and red stones around the central knop. The base flares out into six panels with alternate plain and leaf & berry castings. Markings: the base has an insert reading Alchemy Pewter England along with the rose logo and copyright date of 1997.
Approximate size: 200mm (7.9") high. Weight 700 grams (about 1.5 lbs). The penny is shown for size comparison.
Condition: the chalice is in very good pre-owned condition with some wear/light scratches to the outer bowl and a couple of dark spots the interior. No dings or dents that I can find. There is no box.
