Original World War II United States Navy full sized Chief Petty Officers Hat Badge. Badge is marked on the obverse Gemsco N.Y. and Acid Test indicating a gold plated anchor and rope with a separately applied silver USN. Pin has a rolling C-catch pinback mechanism. Pin measures 1.25x1.75 inches in size and is in near mint condition with minor overall wear (see photos for best description). Nice hat badge for a collection or use on a Navy CPO hat.
