Description: Up for auction is a rare and gorgeous Montblanc 18k pink gold Catherine The Great fountain pen, circa 1997. This deep red resin pen with 18k pink gold filigree overlay was made to commemorate Catherine The Great. The cap is accented with beadwork and 15 circular-cut 2.5mm rubies. The 18k gold nib is engraved with the Russian double-headed eagle motif. The pen is a total of 14.4cm long. Only 888 of these pens were made!
