This Tri Star Cleaning System was my Mother in law's. She has taken very good care of it. I tested it by vacuuming my living room, and it works great. It will come with everything pictured, and has about 10 extra paper dust bags. The paper bags sit inside the cloth dust bag you see in the pictures. It will also include the manuel.
You may expect some color wear/fading, and the dust bags have yellowing from age.I have given it a quick wipe down, but will leave a more thorough cleaning up to you if you desire to do so.
