Condition: Unfortunately this set is missing two of the original colored pencils in the set, im not sure which color...s. Some pencils are completely unused and some have been used quite a bit. Please keep this in mind before purchasing :)
Item Specifics: Vintage 80s Berol Prismacolor Art Set No. 960 58 Colored Pencils Missing Two
Payment: Please pay for your item via PayPal within 72 hours of purchase. An unpaid item case will be opened after 72 hours if prior arrangements to extend this time have not been made.
Shipment: We will strive to get your item out to you as fast as possible. Please give 2-5 days for handling time if certain circumstances cause shipment to be later than usual. With recent changes to the United States Postal Service, some packages are taking 7-10 days longer than expected at seemingly random locations based on warehouses, etc. That is with recent executive changes in regards to the upcoming election. Returns: A return must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Return shipping must be paid by the buyer. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returned item. There are no returns on international purchases. 99% of my items are pre-owned and may have stains/distressing/smell to them. I would suggest every buyer to wash the item before wearing it. I try my best to disclose this wear.
