WW2 German Leather Case Pouch Dated 1939 Waffenamt Utility Case

Original WW2 German black leather case with strap. Marked "C.HEINICHEN DRESDEN 1939" and waffenamt "WaA706" with eagle and symbol. That waffenamt code shows it could be an accessory/ammo/utility pouch for the P08 Luger and the Walther P38. It also looks like a field telephone case. A re-enactor at a show told me it is a general purpose utility case. When I got it, it contained first aid items. So, it apparently had multiple possible uses. The case shows dirt, scuffs, and light wea...r to the black finish. The leather is a bit stiff but strong, like new. Stitching is good. The straps are somewhat dry with some surface cracks, and the long strap has a crack about halfway through (last picture). Approximately 8" x 7" x 3".
