This Japanese candle holder is probably 50 or so years old. The portion that holds the candle swivels, to that the frame can be set on a flat surface or hung on a wall.
There is much general wear and dustiness, with many spots and patches of oxidation and wax, but there is no significant structural damage.

When set on a flat surface, about L9 1/2" (241mm).
