This is a very rare Catalina Island Pottery Marlin plate. It is in the dark blue glaze. It is about 14.5 inches across. It has been in my collection for over 30 years. It is in mint condition. There are no repairs on this plate. There are no chips of flea bites on the rim. It is signed on the back Catalina Island. On the back there are 3 marks from the stilt base from the firing process and there is one factory glaze pop (see pictures).&n...bsp; In the pictures you will see a smudge at about the 2 o'clock position. I didn't notice it until I saw the pictures on my computer. It was just a little dirt and cleaned off. For shipping, I will double box the plate. Shipping will be $50.00 to the lower 48 states.
