Unusual Vintage/Antique Chinese Hand Painted & Moulded Porcelain Incense Burner. This piece is very good quality whilst retaining a nice handmade feel to it. Hand painted with two over glaze red enamel dragons amidst clouds painted in yellows blues and camille rose colours. The rim is decorated with a Greek key type border, it stands on 3 dark brown painted feet and the handles depict gnarled prunus branches which trail over the body culminating in raised under glaze blue and white... foliage and flowers. It measures approx 3.25"h x 4" across the rim. It is in a good undamaged condition and probably dates to the early 20thc. A good collectors piece.
