**UPDATE FROM AN EXPERT:**
This has the later 1961 and newer gas tank (fuel outlet on the right side.) Early 1961 and back had fuel outlet on left side. Wheels are the 4.75 X 7.75. It has the 8 hp flat head engine, not the 9 hp overhead valve engine. The 9 hp overhead valve engine came out in middle 1961 and had an inner frame that engine bolted to. In early 1962 I purchased a new 1961 that looked exactly like this one. (I weighed 118 lbs and it ran 60 mph with me on it!)
